If you are opening a new Aggregate pit or quarry, we can help. With over 40 completed Class A and B quarries and pits, we can connect you to the right subconsultants, prepare your application, and steer you through the ARA process.
Our staff are expereinced, and certified by the MNRF to complete Class A and B site plans. We will discuss your site layout, proposed operations, and access - and help you prepare plans that will meet with MNRF approval post-consultation.
Part of every ARA application is a Natural Environment Report. We complete the required ecological surveys - assessing soils, flora, and fauna - and prepare a Level I and II Report for submission to MNRF with your application
Part of operating a license is the annual Compliance Assessment Report (CAR), showing you are playing by the rules, and operating your site as required under your site plan. Let us do the grunt work, completing the field surveys and paperwork for you!
Every Aggregate Application involves meaningful consultation. We have extensive experience in building relationships as part of the consultation process. We work with MNRF, MECP, the Algonquins of Pikwakanagan, municipal government, and public landowners - and you.
Sometimes, you outgrow your current operations. Whether you need a minor change, like a Common Boundary Agreement, or a major one - like going below groundwater - we can walk you through the process and help you get the studies you need.
